Every employee is as unique as their own fingerprint. My recent work with Baril Engine here in Green Bay, Wisconsin allowed me an intimate look at the variety of people it takes to operate a efficient engine machine shop. At Baril Engine the first step for repair or rebuild on an engine block is a a massive scrub down on every part and piece, and the work is dirty. Depending on the clients request there may be rebuilding, new parts or both in store for the newly cleaned engine. Each and every process is precise and unique like all the employees who perform there time tested trade skill, and the final result are engine parts or an entire engine that performs better than from the factory it was originally made in. Attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, calibrated machines, and good leadership are what make this one of the best machine shops in the United States.
